The simplest way I know of to customize your merchant name is to change the email to one that is on your business website e.g. paypal@yourbusinesswebsitename.com The other option (although I've not tried this myself) is setup a custom payment page, I just had a quick look and it doesn't look to difficult to do. go to My Account -> Profile -> Custom Payment Pages (under the Selling Preferences column).
